Our business was built on integrity and a shared drive to solve the very real challenges of stakeholder engagement—making it more accessible, structured, and impactful than ever before.

We came together with one vision: to close the gaps in engagement. We understand that many councils, NFPs, and businesses face the same hurdles—limited resources, competing priorities, and a lack of in-house expertise—yet they are still accountable for meaningful consultation and community engagement. Traditionally, engagement has been complex and expensive. We make it achievable, affordable, and scalable.

Founded by three passionate practitioners, Engagement Manager brings together extensive experience in communications, community engagement, council operations, and not-for-profit leadership. With a combined background spanning local government, corporate businesses, regional and metropolitan councils, and the not-for-profit sector, the team understands firsthand the challenges organisations face when trying to engage effectively with communities. This unique blend of skills and lived experience ensures Engagement Manager can deliver both practical solutions and strategic insights to help councils, not-for-profits and all organisations succeed.
